J N Lane Associates are a firm of independent Chartered Building Surveyors offering a wide range of professional services for domestic and commercial properties throughout London and the South East.

Founded in 1989, J N Lane Associates achieve success by consistently exceeding clients' expectations and providing a reliable and professional service. We pride ourselves on our proactive and personal approach, quality of service, independent experience and innovative style of building surveying.

Our expertise ranges from all types of insurance related building works claims to domestic building surveys and building defect analysis. We also undertake design and supervision of new build and house extensions as well as Party Wall etc. Act matters. Please see 'Services' for further details.
